If you want something a little different from your typical London Dry, this one’s got a super cool honey base (yes, made from actual BC honey), which gives it a wild floral vibe but stays smooth without being too sweet or sticky.
First off, it smells fresh—like wildflowers and pine—with a bit of lavender and citrus in the mix. The juniper is there, but it isn’t shouting, so if you don’t love that classic pine note, you’ll probably dig this.
Sipping it is easy: it’s clean, a touch floral, and has enough character that it’s good by itself, but it totally shines with tonic or in a cocktail.You can tell it’s made with care—distilled from mead, which is just awesome, and full of interesting botanicals.
